  3 x 25 choice backstroke drill @ :35
  1 x 50* swim backstroke- go 25 build/25 swim fast, hold race pace tempo
  *go 75 in 2nd & 4th rds (25 build/25 max/:10 rest/25 max)
  *go 100 in 3rd rd (25 build/25 max/:10 rest/25 max/:10 rest/25 max)
Check HR after each round; 75 easy dr-k-dr after 5th rd

Finish up with...
12 x 50 swim back/breast by 25's as follows:
   3 swim @ :55 desc
   3 swim @ :50 desc
   3 swim @ :55 desc
   3 swim @ :45, desc if possible
