Saturday, January 31, 2026- written for SCY (MOON Site training at SF w/Montour Site)

Another rough day at SF- we only had two lanes, no backstroke flags and the water was cloudy.
We got some kicking in after warmup, then a long pull.

We got out at 11:30a and had an in-depth "championship-meet review."

Friday, January 30, 2026- written for SCY (MOON Site training at SF w/Montour Site)

We wound up having just two lanes this afternoon, we all had to do the same workout.

After warmup, we did some speedwork; we finished up with:

2 x broken 200's (100/:15 rest/50/:05 rest/50)- same stroke for both
2 x broken 100's (50/:10 rest/25/:05 rest/25)- same stroke for both
