   1-2, 25 ra2 la2 free drill/25 spin backstroke drill/25 swim back same tempo/25 udk
   #3, all kick on back (12.5y udk on each length); udk gets faster by 25's
   Check HR after #9, then fins off
   50 easy

Finish up with...
AMRAP-
  2 x 50 @ :55- go drill/swim build backstroke by 25's
  2 x 50 @ :50- go swim build/swim at 200 setup by 25's
  2 x 50 @ :45- go swim at 200 setup/swim giddyup by 25's
