Stay focused, keep working hard...
9 x 100 in 3's as follows:
1- drill/kick on back by 25's @ 1:40
2- go 2 x 50 swim/kick by 25's desc 1-2 @ :55 (same stroke as 1st 100)
3- all kick on back, moderate build on the surface, fast udk's, all @ 1:50
Go 1-3 free, 4-6 MRS no free, and 7-9 choice (only one stroke)
Check HR, then 1:00 rest
All @ 2:00 rest...
30 min swim
20 min pull (paddles if you'd like, but only for 150 at a time- then 200 no paddles)
10 min kick- go 100 on back/50 on board
Check HR after each
MYSTERY SET- if you guess it, you still have to do it!
Be sure to have your "best/least-best/differently or better" talk about the meet before you go today.
Warmdown a bit before you get out. Tomorrow we are back at MOON, but then the schedule gets crazy due to the holiday. Be sure you know where we're training each day and thank your parents for getting you there. Have a great day!
