Today we'll do our swimdown from the meet and our "best swim/least-best/differently or better" talk
16 x 75 in sets of 4's-
1-4 @ 1:20, go 25 free kick on back/50 ra2la2 free drill
5-8 @ 1:20, go 25 free kick on side (stay at surface)/50 drill-swim no free
9-12 @ 1:20, 1st 25 is dolph kick wbds/50 choice drill
13-16 @ 1:15 swim IM (no free), desc 1-3 hold for 4
Check HR/50 easy
1:00 rest
30 min swim free or back, can switch it up by 400's
2:00 rest
10 min kick- go 100 free on back (focus on udk's), then 50 dolphin kick or breast kick wbds
2:00 rest
20 min pull w/shnorkel & buoy (paddles if you'd like, but go 150 w/paddles then 300 w/out)
2:00 rest
Finish up with...
*body position drills w/shnorkel, buoys & boards
