Fins drilling-
Talk about breaststroke press (and pullouts)
Work on breaststroke pullouts, they need to be more explosive/deeper/further from the wall
Talk about the meet:
Best swim/least-best swim/what can you do differently or better to reach your goals
Warmdown as needed before you get out. Be sure to talk to your parents about the last couple of meets for SCY (AG Champs for one or two events and then the Shamrock Meet in Richmond, VA. REMEMBER, we're at Montour tomorrow (5:30-8p). Have a great day!
