8 x 100 odds/evens as follows-
  odds, drill/kick by 50's @ 1:45
  evens, swim/kick by 50's @ 1:35
Go 4 free, 4 no free (one stroke for 5-6/7-8)
1:00 rest

All @ 2:00 rest...
  30 min swim (change strokes every 400 yds>>>okay)
  20 min pull (w/shnorkel, go 300 w/paddles & 300 without)
  10 min kick (100 on back/50 wboards)

16 x 50 in 4's...
  1-4, drill/kick by 25's @ :55
  5-8, swim choice @ :45
Check HR after #16, then...
25 all easy FAD
