Tuesday Morning, September 30, 2025- written for SCY (MOON site training at MOON Area HS)

3 x 150 @ :15 rest-
  50 drill/25 kick/50 drill/25 swim
1:00 rest

2 rounds of (1st rd w/fins)-
  2 x 75 drill/kick/drill @ 1:15, build the kick
  3 x 25 swim (same stroke as 75's) @ :35, desc 1-3
  2 x 75 as above
  5 x 25 swim (same) @ :30, odds max effort, evens are 15/10
  2 x 75 as above
  7 x 25 swim (same) all fast @ :25
