After warmup, we did some speedwork; we finished up with:
2 x broken 200's (100/:15 rest/50/:05 rest/50)- same stroke for both
2 x broken 100's (50/:10 rest/25/:05 rest/25)- same stroke for both
Warmdown as needed before you get out. Dress for the weather, thank your parents for getting you to workout this afternoon and get excited to race next weekend in Michigan. Have a great day!
